Last updated: October 2026. By using Terminal4 you agree to these terms.
Terminal4 is agent software that runs on your machine. The local agent, desktop app and updates are provided free of charge, "as is". You are responsible for what the agent does on your systems and for configuring its permissions appropriately.
Paid plans add cloud services: a personal gateway domain on t-4.si, project URLs on t-4.app, and an agent mailbox on t-4.email. These services are provisioned automatically and remain active while your subscription is paid.
You agree not to use Terminal4 or its cloud services to: send spam or unsolicited bulk email, host illegal content, attack or scan systems without authorization, or resell provisioned domains as a hosting product. Violations lead to immediate suspension of cloud services.
The mailbox on t-4.email belongs to your agent, not to you personally. Sending is rate-limited and logged. You are responsible for the content your agent sends on your behalf.
Code, missions, skills and project files are yours. Terminal4 does not claim ownership. Cloud relays do not store your code or conversation content — they relay connections and serve files you explicitly publish to project URLs.
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. After cancellation, gateway and project URLs go offline at the end of the paid period. Local functionality is never interrupted.
We target high availability for cloud services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Local agent functionality does not depend on cloud availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal4 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss on your machine, or actions taken by the agent under missions you authorized. Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
